(ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 0153 dated 23.7.2019, registered under Sections 353, 186, 332, 506 and 34 IPC, Police Station City Jagraon, District Ludhiana. Vide order dated 27.9.2019 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner was granted interim bail and was directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 27.9.2019 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Lakhwinder Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is no more required for any further investigation.
