"# $$$$$  +  ', *- The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside the order dated 19.02.2024 (Annexure P-15) passed by respondent No.1-Joint Development Commissioner (I.R.D.), Rural Development & Panchayat Department, Punjab.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since the new Gram Panchayat has already been constituted, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition. 5.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
