It is pointed out that petitioner has already surrendered before the Court on 09.09.2024 and was released on bail and his bail bonds and surety bonds were duly attested and accepted by the Court. Now he is facing trial.

Aforesaid facts are confirmed by learned counsel representing respondent. Compliance report is also received from learned Additional Sessions Judge, SAS Nagar vide letter No.560 dated 11.09.2024. Considering the aforesaid factual position, interim bail already granted in favour of present petitioner, vide order dated 05.09.2024, stands confirmed subject to the same terms and conditions.
