Learned counsel for petitioner submits that this writ petition is rendered infructuous as possession of the property in question (secured asset) has been handed over to petitioner.

Learned counsel for respondent no.3, at this stage, while submitting that possession of property has indeed been handed over to petitioner, contends that certain articles belonging to petitioner and family members are still lying therein.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that belongings of said respondent and his family members were duly handed over to him. However, we do not find any ground for continuation of present proceedings on this count. In case, respondent no.3 has any grievance, the same can be addressed before the appropriate authority for redressal. 4.
