(Through Video Conferencing) **** ANOOP CHITKARA, J (ORAL) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh. Learned State counsel has opposed the withdrawal of the petition and submits that in case, the petitioner again files the fresh petition on the same cause of action then it must be filed after lapse of some time. Given above, the present petition stands disposed of as having been withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition after one month on the same cause of action.

It is clarified that withdrawal of the present petition will not come in the way of filing of fresh petition.
