(ORAL) Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that as the matter in issue is squarely covered by the order and judgment dated 10.12.2015, rendered by this Court in the case of Bhagwan Dass v. State of Haryana and others [RFA No. 5231 of 2014 (O&M)], vide which the compensation awarded to the land owners was enhanced by this Court, this appeal too shall have to be disposed of in terms thereof.
