Present petition, under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, has been filed for quashing of FIR No. 254, dated 06.11.2010, under Sections 307, 364 and 452 IPC, registered at Police Station Chheharta, District Amritsar, all all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, including judgment of conviction, dated 26.11.2015 (Annexure P-2), passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Amritsar, on the basis of compromise, dated 27.03.2025 (Annexure P-3), arrived at between the petitioner and respondent No. 2/complainant - Jagdeep Singh. 2.

Since there is partial compromise between the petitioner and respondent No. 2/complainant, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition, with liberty to file such or similar petition once again, if a fresh cause of action accrues. 3.
