RFA No. 434 of 2016 Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the present appeal is squarely covered by the order dated 31.8.2015 passed by this Court in RFA No. 1626 of 2011 (Puran Chand Wadhwa (deceased) through LRs Vs. Land Acquisition Collector and another). Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Shivendra Swaroop, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondents and after going through the record of the case, states that present appeal is squarely covered by the order dated 31.8.2015 passed in Puran Chand Wadhwa's case (supra). In view of the above said undisputed fact situation obtaining in the present case, instant appeal is ordered to be disposed of in terms of the order dated 31.8.2015 passed in Puran Chand Wadhwa's case (supra). Disposed of accordingly.
