(Oral) This is the second petition seeking grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.169 dated 21.04.2020, registered under Section 21(C) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 and Sections 188, 269 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station City Tohana, District Fatehabad (Annexure P-1). The first petition (CRM-M-7822 of 2021) was dismissed, after arguments on 27.10.2021.

After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
