(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by way of filing the instant petition, the order dated 3.1.2020 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Ludhiana vide which the petitioner had been declared a proclaimed offender, had been challenged but since the petitioner stands acquitted in the main case i.e. in the complaint filed under provisions of Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such.
