Learned counsel for the respondent has filed an affidavit of Sh. Harsuhinder Pal Singh Brar, IAS, State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, Chandigarh, in compliance of the order dated 18.02.2025, which is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the Dearness Allowance for the period from 01.03.2022 upto the date of resignation of the petitioners, along with interest, stands paid to the petitioners. This fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondent, on telephonic instructions from the respondent, further undertakes that the Dearness Allowance, along with interest for the period from 01.07.2021 to 28.02.2022, shall be paid to the petitioners within a period of 04 weeks from today. 4.

The present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.

However, in case of failure to comply with the aforesaid undertaking, the respondent shall also be liable to be proceeded against for violation of the undertaking given before this Court. 7.
