Having argued the matter at some length, when this Court showed its disinclination to interfere in the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition, at this stage with liberty to approach the Court again in case, petitioner is dissatisfied with the progress of investigation at subsequent stage.
