**** MANJA RI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 66, dated 01.03.2019, under Sections 498-A, 406 IPC, registered at Police Station Women, District Police Commissionerate Ludhiana.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Vipan Kumar submits that pursuant to order dated 26th September, 2019, petitioner has not joined the investigation.
