(ORAL) The appellant has preferred the instant appeal against the order dated 07.07.2023 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge (Fast Track Special Court to try offences of Rape and under POCSO Act), Krukshera, vide which 4th bail application filed by the appellant under Section 439 Cr.P.C., in case FIR No. 178 dated 01.04.2023 registered under Sections 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Sections 363, 366, 120- B IPC and Sections 3(1) (w) (I), 3(w)(ii) & 3(2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 at Police Station Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, was dismissed.

Learned counsel for the State has filed custody certificate dated 20.09.2023, which is taken on record, as per which the petitioner has been in custody as an undertrial for a period of 09 months and 26 days.
