(Oral) Admittedly a compromise has been arrived at between the parties and same has been reduced into writing. Copy thereof has been produced in court today. Same is taken on record.

Learned counsel submit that they may be given liberty to approach the appropriate forum for seeking divorce by mutual consent under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (in short 'the Act'). We accept this prayer and allow the parties to present a petition before the competent court of law. They shall be at liberty to seek waiver off the statutory period of six months in terms of the judgment of the Apex Court rendered in Amardeep Singh Vs. Harveen Kaur, 2017(4) R.C.R. (Civil) 608. Appeal stands disposed of accordingly.
