**** RAJAN GUPTA, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the parties submitted that a compromise has been arrived at between the parties. Same has been reduced in writing. According to which, parties has filed a joint petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 before the competent Court of Law.
In view of same, no cause of action survives in the appeal. Counsel for the parties pray that they may be allowed to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to avail the remedy as above.
