Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, he would be satisfied if direction is issued to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur, to consider and take a final decision on representations dated 25.07.2023 and 04.09.2023 (Annexure P-1 and P-2, respectively) made by the petitioner in a time bound manner. Notice of motion.

Ms. Kanica Sachdeva, AAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 3 and submits that she has no objection in case the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner at this stage, is accepted.
