This is petitioner's third attempt to grant regular bail to him, pending trial, in FIR No. 222 dated 24.08.2019, registered under Section 22 and 25 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, at Police Station Sardulgarh, District Mansa.

As per the case of the prosecution, the petitioner, along with his co-accused, was allegedly apprehended with 6500 intoxicating tablets of Cavilodol 100 (containing salt of Tramadol Hydrochloride). The recovery, so effected from the petitioner, falls in the category of commercial. 3.

The learned counsel representing the petitioner contends that a co-accused, namely Sushil Kumar alias Monu has been granted bail. 4.

This Court has examined the order passed on 19.08.2020 in Criminal Misc. No. M-12847 of 2020. The bail was granted to Sushil Kumar DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2022.05.16 10:49 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document alisa Monu as no recovery was effected from him and he was involved in

Criminal Misc. No. M-52178 of 2021 the case on the disclosure statement made by the petitioner. On the other hand, in the present case, the alleged recovery was effected from the petitioner. Hence, the aforesaid case is distinguishable. 5.

In view of the above facts, no ground is made out to grant the concession of regular bail to the petitioner. Consequently, the present petition is dismissed.
