RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.2 to take action on the representation dated 07.06.2023, Annexure P-6, against respondents No.3 to 5 in accordance with law. It is further prayed to issue direction to the respondents to decide the representation, dated 07.06.2023, Annexure P-6, and take action in accordance with law.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he restricts his prayer in this petition only qua respondent No.3. He submits that the petitioner has already filed the representation, Annexure P-6, before respondent No.2 against three persons, namely, Anwinder Singh, Gurdeep Kaur and Sewa Kaur, however, the representation be treated only qua Anwinder Singh. Notice of motion to official respondents only at this stage. On asking of the Court, Ms.Akshita Chauhan, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the MEENU 2023.10.07 11:23 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

After hearing counsel for the parties and going through the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, i.e. Deputy Commissioner, District Administrative Comlex, Jalandhar, to decide the representation, dated 07.06.2023, Annexure P-6, qua respondent No.3, expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
