*** DEEPAK GUPTA, J. (ORAL) The petitioner was allowed interim bail for a period of four weeks w.e.f. 15.11.2023 as per order dated 07.11.2023. It is informed by learned counsel for the State that petitioner has not surrendered till date. The trial court/concerned Chief Judicial Magistrate shall take appropriate steps to issue warrant of arrest against the petitioner, to procure his presence.

Statement is made by learned counsel for the petitioner so as to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
