(ORAL) Prayer in this petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 is for quashing of FIR No. 0134 dated 26.12.2023 registered under Sections 420, 406, 498-A IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 at Police Station City Zira, District Ferozepur (Annexure P-1) on merits.

After arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to interfere; learned counsel submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, at this stage.
