Prayer is for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.221 dated 04.11.2022, under Sections 148, 149, 323, 341, 307 of IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act (Section 392 IPC was deleted and Section 427 IPC was added later on), registered at Police Station Bicchor, District Nuh, Haryana (Annexure P-1).

Status report by way of affidavit of Surender Singh, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Punhana, District Nuh has been filed by learned State counsel on behalf of respondent-State in Court today, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. 3.

Vide order dated 14.09.2023, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioners to join investigation.

Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Satyawan states that the petitioners have joined the investigation and their custodial interrogation is no longer required.

In light of the above, the present petition is allowed. The order dated 14.09.2023 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners, is made absolute. However, the petitioners shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the conditions of Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
