*** HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing order dated 22.11.2023 (Annexure P-7), passed by the learned Financial Commissioner, Punjab.

A perusal of the order sheets reveals that on 20.01.2025, the following order was passed:
"A perusal of the paper book reveals that the petitioner has attached zimini order (Annexure P-1) in Case No.100, whereas, order dated 16.01.2018 (Annexure P-4), passed by the learned Assistant Collector 1st Grade, Abohar does not pertain to Case No.100 and so is the Sanad Takseem (Annexure P-5). Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks a short accommodation to seek necessary instructions in the matter.
At his request, adjourned to 24.02.2025."

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars on the same cause of action.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
