(Oral) Learned counsel for the parties have submitted that the matter has been amicably resolved in the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court as per the settlement deed dated 31.08.2022. A petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 has already been filed before the Family Court.
In view of the this, learned counsel for the appellant prays for withdrawal of the present appeal. He is permitted to do so. Dismissed as withdrawn.
