(Oral) Learned counsel for the respondents seeks to place on record an affidavit of Jai Parkash Indora-respondent No.1 to the effect that he is ready to pay Rs.20 lacs as permanent alimony to the appellant-wife within six months. Prayer is accepted. Affidavit is taken on record. Learned counsel for the appellant on instructions from appellant-wife, who is present in court, submits that she is satisfied with the aforesaid proposal and she may be allowed to withdraw the present appeal. Appeal is, thus, dismissed as withdrawn.
