M.M.S. BEDI, J. (ORAL) Reply to the application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, has not been filed by the appellant. A controversy has been raised regarding the amount of litigation expenses having not been received by the respondent. Counsel for the appellant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the appeal.
