This petition is filed for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 820, dated 16th December, 2019, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station City, Hansi, District Hisar. 3.

This Court vide order dated 14th December, 2021, granted the interim bail, subject to joining investigation and compliance of the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. 4.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Bhim Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation. She submits that the petitioner may be directed to join the investigation as and when called for. 5.

CRM-M-52025-2021 (O&M) interim bail granted on 14th December, 2021, is made absolute. The petitioner is directed to join the investigation in future also as and when called for.
