(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide DDR No.30 dated 21.12.2021, Section 326 IPC was added and Section 325 IPC was deleted and that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 15.12.2021. He, thus, prays that Section 326 IPC be incorporated and Section 325 IPC be deleted in the head note and prayer clause of the petition.

Learned State counsel has no objection to the aforesaid prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. In view of the oral request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, Section 326 IPC is be incorporated and Section 325 IPC is deleted from the head note and prayer clause of the petition. Registry is directed to do the necessary correction in the head note and prayer clause of the petition.

The anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 15.12.2021, passed by this Court, shall also be deemed to be granted in AMAN JAIN 2022.05.18 11:17 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CRM-M-52159-2021 Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.243 dated 25.09.2021, registered at Police Station Kamboj, District Amritsar Rural, under Sections 307, 323, 324, 326, 148, 149 IPC.

Vide order dated 15.12.2021 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Surjit Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 15.12.2021 granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
