(ORAL) Learned counsel for the appellants submits at the outset that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the order and judgment dated 14.09.2010, rendered by this Court in RFA No. 3831 of 2007 (O&M), titled "Hardev Singh and others v. State of Haryana and another, and other connected matters, vide which in the appeals arising out of the same acquisition, this Court had affirmed the assessment made by the Reference Court and dismissed the appeals preferred by both the parties. That being so, no enhancement is feasible in this matter. Dismissed.

In view of above, no orders are required to be passed in the civil miscellaneous applications.
