Prayer in this petition is for directing respondents to consider candidature of the petitioner and thereafter offer appointment to her to the post of Civil Judge (Junior Division)-cum Judicial Magistrate under general category in pursuance to advertisement No.2022103 dated 06.09.2022 (Annexure P-1).

Learned counsel for respondent No.3 submits that representation dated 05.08.2024 (Annexure P-13) submitted by petitioner has been rejected by learned Recruitment and Promotion Committee (Subordinate Judicial Services) in its meeting held on 09.09.2024. She further submits that formal communication thereof shall be conveyed to the petitioner, latest by tomorrow. Faced with the above, learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition while laying challenge to rejection of her representation as well.
