(Oral) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking direction to official respondents to enquire and proceed in accordance with law in case FIR No.0111 dated 11.11.2020 registered under Sections 376(2)(n), 313, 328, 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) and Section 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities), Act, 1989 and Section 66-E of the Information Technology Act, 2000 at Women Police Station Jind, District Jind (Annexure P-1).

Upon instructions from L/SI Geeta, State counsel submits that investigation has been completed and cancellation report has been prepared and submitted before the competent Court.
