**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) Present petition has been filed for seeking regular bail in FIR No.6 dated 15.01.2022, registered under Sections 302, 120-B, 212, 34 IPC at Police Station Ajitwal, District Moga, Punjab.

State counsel has opposed the present petition. After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner submits the he would be contended and satisfied if the trial is expedited considering the fact that the petitioner is already in custody for the last 01 year and 02 months. Given the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 15.01.2022 as per paragraph 12 of the present petition, the trial Court shall try to complete the trial on or before 31.07.2023 subject to the condition that the petitioner shall not seek any adjournment. In case, the petitioner seeks any adjournment, then this order shall be recalled under Section 362 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. without any further reference to this Court.
