With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the main case is taken up today.

The petitioner is stated to have already paid the maintenance to respondent No.3 pursuant to the directions passed by the Family Court, Moga, despite which, respondent Nos.1 and 2 have made certain deductions from his salary, the evidence regarding the same shall be shown to the official respondents, who would thereupon reconcile the accounts. In the eventuality of being double deduction, the official respondents will refund the same. The authorities shall, however, continue to seek information from the petitioner, regarding future payment and in case, it is found that he is continuing to pay maintenance, there shall be no deduction from his salary. 3.

The aforesaid satisfies the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.

Disposed of accordingly.
