This is a petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 13.04.2023 passed in CWP-7289-2023. 2.

No one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner despite the matter being called twice.

Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that the order dated 13.04.2023 has since been complied with.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 5.

Needless to say, the petitioner would always be at liberty to avail his remedies as available in law.
