Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to the events which have taken place during the interregnum, threat perception no more subsists to the petitioner and therefore, he wants to withdraw the present petition, however, with liberty to file a fresh one in case any threat perception still subsists.

Given above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach this Court in case any threat perception still persists. Interim order dated 14.12.2021 is hereby recalled.
