RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed praying for quashing of order, dated 17.05.2024, Annexure P-3, passed by learned JMIC Tarn Taran whereby the protest petition has been ordered to be treated as complaint in case FIR No.0124, dated 16.09.2018, under Sections 323, 324, 34 IPC and Section 326 IPC has been added later on, registered at Police Station Sirhali, District Tarn Taran, inspite of acceptance of cancellation. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition at this stage. Allowed as prayed for.
