1. The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for appointment of a warrant officer.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to approach the High Court of Rajasthan in Jaipur to seek appropriate relief in view of the fact that the alleged detenue is stated to be detained in Rajasthan.

3.
