*** HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside the order dated 02.08.2024 (Annexure P-6). 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedy of appeal in accordance with law. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
