The petitioner complains that while granting an interim prearrest bail, the Additional Sessions Judge, S.A.S.Nagar, Mohali, has directed the respondents to supply a copy of the Canadian passport to the Investigating Officer, within a week. He submits that the aforesaid order has not been complied with, therefore, the proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 (hereinafter referred to as "the 1971 Act"), should be initiated.

It is evident that the bail application, filed by the respondents, is pending before the Additional Sessions Judge, S.A.S.Nagar, Mohali. The petitioner, if so advised, may file an application before the Additional Sessions Judge, S.A.S.Nagar, Mohali. Hence, no ground is made out to initiate the proceedings under the 1971 Act. Consequently, the present petition is dismissed.
