(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.124 dated 30.03.2021 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 452, 308, 201, 506 IPC at Police Station Sadar Thanesar, District Kurukshetra. The allegations in nut-shell are that the petitioner along with his companions attacked the complainant and his brothers by trespassing into their shop.

Counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that no such occurrence as alleged by the complainant has taken place and even otherwise GAURAV SOROT 2023.02.17 10:58 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order, judgment and documents.

( 2 ) CRM-M-48281-2022 only simple injuries are attributed to the petitioner, who has joined investigation with the police by virtue of previous order of interim bail passed by this Court.

State counsel on instructions from ASI Krishan Lal submits that the petitioner has joined investigation with the police and recovery of the weapon used by the petitioner in commission of crime stands effected and the petitioner is not required by police for further investigation or for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby allowed and order dated 24.11.2022 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
