*** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein is inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent-Commission to make verification of Undertaking/certificates/affidavits given by the selected candidates for the post of Junior Engineer (Civil) who have got 5 marks for no government job in the family or fatherless category under the socio economic criteria against the advertisement dated 15.06.2019 in final result dated 06.06.2020 declared by Haryana staff Selection Commission.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that qua his aforesaid grievance, petitioner caused issuance of a legal notice dated 30.11.2021 (Annexure P-8) but to no avail. Hence, the instant petition. On advance service, learned State counsel appears and strenuously opposes issuance of notice of motion. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and gone through the case file.
