(Oral) The prayer in the petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0305 dated 17.07.2025 under Sections 190, 191(2), 221, 351(3), 352 and 356(2) of BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Shivaji Colony, Rohtak. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 30.07.2025 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation.

The learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Balram, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of order dated 30.07.2025 and is not required for custodial interrogation. KUSUM 2026.01.29 17:28 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document PHHC Chandigarh
