At this stage, Mr. Pritam Saini, Advocate has appeared and accepted notice on behalf of respondent No. 2-HSIDC. Learned counsel for the appellants as well as learned State counsel and learned counsel for respondent No. 2 have submitted that this appeal is covered by the decision given by this Court in RFA No. 2075 of 2012 decided on 3.9.2014. Accordingly, this appeal is disposed of in terms of the decision given by this Court in RFA No. 2075 of 2012 decided on 3.9.2014. However, appellants will not be entitled to receive interest and other benefits for the intervening period of 797 days (i.e. due to delay in filing the appeal).
