The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, for quashing of FIR No. 265, dated 11.04.2024, under Sections 34, 406 and 420 of IPC, registered at Police Station Indri, District Karnal (Anexure P-1), and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of the compromise dated 23.08.2024 (Annexure P-2), effected between the parties.

Being it a partial compromise quashing petition, counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the same with liberty to file a comprehensive one by impleading all the concerned parties.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought and recorded here-above.
