CM-18025-2025 This application has been moved under Section 151 CPC for exemption and to place on record the receipt showing receiving of document (Annexure P-5) by the respondent - Union Bank of India as well as the affidvit of respondent No. 7 (Annexure P-6), giving no objection for releasing the entire monetary benefit in favour of the widow and minor children of deceased Adhir Kumar Choudhari in the interest of justice, equity and fair play.

Mr. Abhinav Bali, Advocate appearing on behalf of respondent No. 1 to 6 and Mr. D.K .Sharma, Advocate, appearing on behalf of respondent No. 7 and 8, accepts notice and not opposed to the said fact. The application stands allowed, and Annexures P-5 and P-6 are taken on record.

CM-10443-2025 The present application has been redundant in view of the application moved by the petitioner on the same cause of action i.e. CM-17980-2025.

Hence, the same is disposed of.

Main Case 1.

Present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance writ in the nature of Mandamus for directions to the Respondent Bank, especially Respondents No. 2 to 5, for releasing the benefits, as enumerated within the body of the petition, which have become due to the petitioners herein on account of the untimely demise of Sh. Adhir Kumar Choudhari in harness, the said Adhir

Kumar Choudhari being the husband of Petitioner no. 1 and the father of petitioners no. 2 and 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) and learned counsel for the respondent(s) No. 7 & 8 are ad idem at this stage that during the course of hearing that they have entered into a compromise stating that respondent(s) No. 7 & 8 have no objection in case the benefits released by the respondent(s) No. 1 to 6 in favour of the petitioner(s). 3.

The petitioner shall move necessary application along with the copy of compromise and the copy of this order passed by this Court today to the respondent No. 4 - The Zonal Head, Union Bank of India, Chandigarh Zone, SCO 64-65, Sector 17 B, Bank Square, U.T. Chandigarh - 160017, who shall decide and release the benefits within a period of four weeks after receipt of the said application, subject to petitioner(s) fulfills necessary formalities in the form of filling certain documents and furnishing the details as sought for.

In the light of above, as the parties are ad idem to the abovesaid understanding, this petition is disposed of.
