(ORAL) Present revision petition herein is for setting aside impugned order dated 02.02.2019 (Annexure P-2) passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Dabwali, whereby in a suit instituted by respondent No.1/plaintiff for permanent injunction, application filed by petitioner/defendant No.1 under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC for rejection of plaint, was dismissed. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for petitioner states that during pendency of present revision proceedings, civil suit itself has been decided and instant petition is rendered infructuous.
