The instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in FIR No.10 dated 27.04.2021, under Sections 376, 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Dhar Kalan, District Pathankot. After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to extend the concession of bail to the petitioner, prayer has been made for withdrawal of the instant petition, at this stage. Ordered accordingly.
