RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for setting aside the impugned order dated 10.07.2018, Annexure P3, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana, whereby petitioner's bail was cancelled and his bail bonds/surety bonds were directed to be forfeited to the State and he has been summoned through non-bailable warrants in case FIR No.0174, dated 25.07.2017, under Sections 363/366-A IPC, registered at Police Station Division No.2, District Ludhiana. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the present petition has become infructuous as the petitioner has since been acquitted by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana, vide order dated 12.03.2020 and hence the same be dismissed as such.
