(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for setting-aside the impugned order dated 24.02.2023 (Annexure P-8), passed in complaint bearing No.NACT-405 of 2019, dated 21.10.2019, filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, vide which the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed offender.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition as the petitioner stands acquitted vide judgment dated 09.10.2024, passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mansa.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
