Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that order dated 21.12.2021 stands complied with.

Learned counsel for the complainant does not dispute that the complainant has received the aforesaid amount of Rs. 3 lacs. However, he further submits that a sum of Rs. 10 lacs is due to be recovered.

Given the nature of allegations, no pre-trial incarceration is required. Without commenting on the case's merits and the circumstances peculiar to this case, the petitioner makes a case for release on bail.

Given above, the present petition is allowed. The order dated 21.12.2021 is hereby made absolute subject to the following conditions: (1) Within ten days from today, the petitioner shall forward to the Investigator/SHO and the complainant/victim(s) the complete details of bank account numbers with addresses, fixed deposits, DEMAT account numbers, the current market value of jewelry, sovereign metals, all precious articles, held either individually or jointly, and cash-in-hand.

CRM-M-52303-2021 (O&M) -2- (II) The petitioner is also directed to place on record the photocopies of his passport, Aadhar Card and also his complete present address and permanent address.

It is clarified that in case said order is not complied with by the petitioner within the aforesaid period, then on this ground alone, the bail granted to the petitioner shall be automatically cancelled without any further reference to this Court. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
